Violation of Human Rights

Every inch of Refugee Trafficking represents a violation of fundamental human rights. Individuals subjected to trafficking endure severe abuses, including involuntary servitude and forced labor in perilous conditions, devoid of fair compensation or consent. Physical and psychological abuse are common, with traffickers using violence, torture, and sexual assault to maintain control. Sexual exploitation, particularly targeting women and children, is on the rise, including forced prostitution and sexual slavery. Deceptive practices and fraud are commonly utilized to manipulate vulnerable refugees into trafficking situations. Children, especially, are thrust into labor, sexual exploitation, or other harmful incidents. Refugee trafficking deprives refugees of their right to seek asylum, often through the confiscation or destruction of identification documents. The carelessness of healthcare and proper living conditions pushed to limits of trafficked refugees.
